What is Silverspot?
Silverspot is a one of a kind
movie going experience, where we’ll take care of
you so you can relax and focus on being creatively
inspired!
We bring a combination of blockbuster, 3D, concert, independent
and foreign films, as well as European Operas presented
with state of the art projection and sound technology.
Our 11 screens have hand stitched leather seats
that will make you feel so comfortable you will
not want to leave. We offer only reserved seating,
to ensure you don’t have to stand in line, or rush
to get a good seat.
Silverspot also has a casual restaurant and lounge, offering
an exquisite fresh menu you don’t want to miss.

Where are you located?
We are located at Mercato, on the second level, overlooking the
pedestrian-active Mercato Strada Circle . Mercato
is on the NE corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and
Tamiami Trail North. There is a completely covered
parking garage adjacent to our Cinema. Our address

What are your ticket prices and policies?
Regular Featured
Films:Matinee (All regular shows prior
to 4:00pm): $10 for all ages.
General admission (All shows after 4:00pm): Adult-
$15, –Senior- $12, Child- $10.
3D Presentation:
Matinee (All regular shows prior to 4:00pm):
Adult- $13, –Senior- $12, –Child- $11.
General admission (All shows after 4:00pm): Adult-
$17, Senior- $14, –Child- $12.

No Children under the age of 2 are allowed.
Cancellation,
Changes and Refund Policy:
- All cancellations and changes must be received
at least 1 hour before the start of the film
or event.
- Cancellations must be in person.
- No refunds will be made for requests received
after that time.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form
of payment.
Guests must provide proof of purchase
or credit card payment information in order to process
the request.
For cash purchases we will need
tickets in order to process a refund.

Online Ticket Purchases
You can visit us online at Silverspotcinema.com
and browse our list of films. Once you have selected
the film, select the day, time and quantity of seats.
From there, click on “NEXT”. Your seats will appear
in green and you will have the ability to change
them simply by clicking onto on any available seat
that appears in grey. Once you click on it, it will
change to green to mark your selection. Hit “NEXT”
again and you will be asked for your information:
Email address, name on card, card number and expiration
date. Check off the box “I have read and agree to
terms and conditions”. Finally, click on “PURCHASE
NOW” and your tickets will be ready to print. In
the event you did not print your tickets, you can
pick them up at any of our kiosks, concession stand
cashiers or at the hostess station. You will need
the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Printing
tickets at kiosks is a cinch. Simply touch “PRINT
YOUR TICKETS” on the main screen. You will have
the option to swipe your credit card or to enter
your Booking Number.

How far in advance can you buy tickets?
Our movie listings are updated and posted online every
Tuesday. This scheduling allows for up to 8 days
in advance purchasing. Depending on the film, we
sometimes provide the ability to purchase tickets
up to 14 days in advance. Please visit us online
and check our “Coming Soon” featured films for available
dates.

Can I re-access my tickets I purchased online?
Online re-access is not available. But, we can look up
your information over the phone or in person to
reprint the tickets for you.

Why didn't I get a Confirmation e-mail online?
You may have your tickets printed at the theatre. In the
event you did not print your tickets at the time
of purchase, you can pick them up by presenting
the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Simply
go to our Kiosks and select “PICKUP TICKETS” then
“PICKUP TICKETS BY CREDIT CARD” or ask for help
to any of our staff stationed at the kiosks or at
the hostess station in the lobby.

How do I purchase tickets over the phone?
Please call 1-888-35-FILMS, and say “HOSTESS”. A Silverspot
representative is available to process film tickets
and select the best available seats.

process. Whether you are purchasing movie tickets
online, at our Kiosks, or at concessions, you will

your desired film. Seats will appear in green and

About 3D Full Feature Films with Dolby Technology.
With Dolby 3D you get the ultimate 3D experience from any
seat in the house. Dolby delivers vibrant colors,
startling depth, and amazing clarity that brings
the movies to life. Dolby 3D is more environmentally
responsible. The comfortable glasses which can fit
over your own glasses are reusable and don’t end
up in the trash. 3D films are not advisable for
children under 7 years old.

How do I make dinner Reservations?
To make a dinner reservation online, you may visit us at

provide you with best times for your dinner reservations
suited for show time prior or after the film you
wish to see. You also have the option buy Dinner
and a Movie. For an exceptional value price of $38
per person, you will receive a choice of appetizer,
choice of entrée, glass of house wine and 1 movie
ticket.

for you. You can also stop by the cinema and make
all reservations at the Hostess Stand.

Do you serve lunch?
Our restaurant dining opens at 5:00 p.m. and is not open
for lunch. We do sell lunch items at the concession
stand, such as wraps, hotdogs, nachos and cheese
platters.

Is there restaurant and bar service available in the
theatre?
We do not offer restaurant & bar service inside the theatres.
We strive to provide an uninterrupted and exceptional
movie viewing experience free of noise or interruptions.
However, you may bring drinks purchased at the bar
along with bar menu food items freshly prepared
in our restaurant kitchen. Please allow 8 to 10
minutes of preparation time for food ordered at
the bar.

Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards are available for purchase at our cinema or
